Damon launched his real estate career in 2017 while pursuing his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California. He honed his expertise by selling both residential and multifamily properties, eventually developing a specialization in multifamily investments. Touring hundreds of buildings each year, he naturally built relationships with top family offices across Los Angeles, gaining invaluable insight into the city's investment landscape.
As a solo broker, Damon has personally closed over $50 million in real estate transactions. In addition to brokerage, he operates a property management company overseeing 80+ units across Greater Los Angeles, further strengthening his understanding of acquisition, disposition, and asset management.
